Airlines
Your rescue card works with any airline or travel agency. We have quoted Flight Delay Passes for flight bookings from these travel sites so far, but we learn a new airline or travel site the first time someone forwards one of its bookings.
Hotel Night Pass
A separate pass for hotel guests, from the hotel or travel site you book with. If your flight in goes wrong, you get a rescue card within minutes with a night's money.
Your confirmation asks "Flying in?" and gives you an address for that stay.
We price the flights that bring you in, with one night at your booked rate as the coverage, and email you the price.
It arrives within minutes and works for 72 hours. Its first button opens your hotel's own booking page.
It pays if a flight in is cancelled, you miss a connection, or you'd land after 06:00 the day after check-in. Sold by the hotels and travel sites that offer it, not on this demo.

Help getting to where you're going. If a flight on your booking is delayed 3+ hours or cancelled, we send you a single-use pre-loaded rescue card to book a new flight. It works for 24 hours, for one purchase, at airlines and travel agencies only. It buys new flights only and is never paid out as cash. There's nothing to fill in and no receipts to send.
Ask the airline for any refund or compensation it owes you, as you normally would. The rescue card comes on top of that.
The rescue card is for one purchase and is never paid out as cash. Rescue card money is spent first. Any of your top-up money left over after your purchase, or when the rescue card expires, is refunded to the card you paid with. Rescue card money you don't spend isn't paid out.
It depends on how likely your flight is to be disrupted on your travel date, and on your airfare. Forward your booking to see your price; there's no obligation to buy.
At least 30 hours before your first flight. Your price stays valid for 12 hours. After that, forward the booking again for a new price.
Too late for your first flight? Forward your booking anyway. We can still cover a later journey on it, like your return, up to 30 hours before that journey's first flight. That pass covers only the later flights and is priced on their share of your fare. Please take every earlier flight on your booking: if you miss one, the airline may cancel the rest of your booking, and then no rescue card is issued.
Every flight and every traveller on the booking you forward, or only the later journeys if sales have closed on your first flight. If any of those flights is delayed 3+ hours or cancelled, we send the rescue card.
We send you a link to your rescue card on WhatsApp and by email as soon as the delay is confirmed. Use it with any airline or travel agency, and book everything you need for the rest of the trip in that one purchase. If the new flight costs more than the rescue card holds, you can pay the difference yourself.
Confirmation or e-ticket emails for flights booked with any airline or travel agency. You need to live in a country where we can issue your pre-loaded rescue card. If we can't price a booking, we'll email you to say why.
